By accessing or using PushPublish.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PushPublish.ai is an analytics and publishing tool for social platforms. It predicts post performance before publishing, provides AI-assisted content drafting and optimization, syncs engagement analytics, and schedules and publishes posts to accounts you connect. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the Service evolves.
The Service uses AI to draft, score, and suggest content. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You review and approve everything before it is published; the content you publish is yours and your responsibility. Predictions are informed estimates, not guarantees of performance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
PushPublish.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or LinkedIn Corporation. Platform APIs, policies, and pricing are outside our control and can change or become unavailable at any time; the Service's features depend on them and may be modified or discontinued in response.
You retain all rights to the content you create, import, or publish. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the Service (storing, processing, and transmitting your content to platforms you direct). The Service's software, design, and branding remain ours.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the Service or other users. Upon termination we will delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (including account restrictions or content removal).
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
