When you use PushPublish.ai, we collect information you provide directly:
- Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture from your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) account when you sign in via OAuth.
- Platform data: Posts, engagement metrics, and analytics from connected social media platforms, accessed only with your explicit authorization.
- Content you create: Drafts, scheduled posts, and AI-generated predictions created within the app.
- OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens required to interact with connected platforms on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
- Sync and display your social media posts and analytics
- Provide AI-powered engagement predictions and content optimization
- Schedule and publish posts to your connected platforms
- Improve our services and user experience
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. OAuth tokens are stored in our database and used solely to interact with your connected platforms. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
PushPublish.ai integrates with the following third-party services:
- LinkedIn: For authentication and publishing posts. Governed by LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
- X (Twitter): For authentication, reading posts, and publishing. Governed by X's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic Claude: For AI-powered content analysis. Your post content may be sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. No personal data beyond post content is shared.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in PushPublish.ai
- Disconnect your social media accounts at any time
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Revoke OAuth access through your LinkedIn or X account settings
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Draft predictions are automatically deleted after 30 days. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.
